Which Guide Do You Need?

There is no correct reading order, only the question you arrived with. Find yours below and go straight there — every guide is written to stand on its own, and none of them assumes you have read the others.

If your question is about your own account rather than about how a game works, the FAQ page is the faster route — it covers registration, document checks and the practical side of deposits.

Before Your First Peso: The Short Version

If you read nothing else on SOGOGO, read this. It is the whole of our advice compressed into four steps, and it is genuinely all most players need.

1. Confirm you are 21 or older and register in your own name — accounts in someone else's name are rejected, and that surfaces at withdrawal, when it hurts most.
2. Finish identity verification immediately, before you deposit. It is a one-time check with a 24–48 hour review, and it must clear before any cash-out is released.
3. Set a deposit limit and decide your session budget in advance. The minimum GCash deposit is ₱50, so there is no need to fund an account heavily to try a game.
4. Open one low-volatility title and play the minimum stake until the mechanics are obvious. Understanding a game costs nothing at the minimum bet and a great deal at the maximum.

Notice that none of those steps is about picking a winning game. That is deliberate. The decisions that measurably affect how an evening goes are made before the first spin, not during it.

What These Guides Will Not Tell You

It is worth being explicit about the things we refuse to publish, because plenty of sites will happily sell them to you.

• No betting systems. Martingale and its relatives redistribute when you lose, never whether you lose.
• No hot or cold games. A certified random number generator has no memory, so a title is never 'due'.

The Questions We Answer Most

• Why is my withdrawal still pending? — Verification is the usual answer, followed by the InstaPay per-transaction ceiling of ₱50,000 and the GCash maintenance window of 12:00–03:00 PHT.
• Does volatility change how much a game returns? — No. It changes the shape of the ride, not the long-run average. Mega Ace and Super Ace both run at 97% and feel nothing alike.
• What ID does verification need? — A Philippine passport, SSS card, UMID, PhilHealth card, driver's licence or PRC ID. One is enough, and you only do it once.
